Please follow the instructions for inital installation of your USB cable:

1. Go to the and download the application to your desktop.

2. Ensure that your iDEN USB compatible phone is powered on and connected to the USB cable. DO NOT connect the USB cable to the computer until prompted by the iDEN USB Installation application. Failure to do so may cause an incorrect USB installation.

3. Once the application downloads, locate and double click the USB installation icon to start the installation process.
   
   

4. Follow the step by step instructions to install the application.

5. Once the application has completed the installation, it will then prompt you to connect the USB cable. With the phone powered on and attached to the USB cable, connect the other end of the USB to the PC.

6. You can now begin using your software application.
